An integrated learning framework of corporate training system: a grounded theory approach

چکیده

Purpose Rooting in the literature on training and laying Kirkpatrick model, this paper aims to explore key drivers of corporate identify how they can be combined into an integrated framework learning for human capital development. Design/methodology/approach By adopting constructivist grounded theory, contribution analyzes experience carried out last ten years by Virvelle, Italian firm. Findings Results show rise five core categories, g1iving model Kirkpatrick. Their dynamic interplay led a new orientation giving metalearning ecosystem. Research limitations/implications Managerial implications have identified factors which building implementing appropriate programmes capable triggering co-generative processes value creation. Particularly, essential role quality culture, digital technology personalization are detected integrating not only hard but furthermore soft shades learning. Concerning theoretical implications, emergence structural systems enabling dimensions learning, contextual mechanisms involved reshaping effectiveness achieving outcomes detected. The main limitation study lies need generalize results: conceptualized needs empirically tested. Originality/value research is built along three points. first integration among categories that system on, promoting culture through positive feedback loops. second represented chance enhance mutual knowledge development engaged actors, thereby shaping more holistic multidimensional model. third related transversal plays all phases process as it integrates enriches them.
